At Amelia & Chelsea Boutique, we strive to ensure every customer is fully satisfied with their purchase. However, if for any reason you wish to return an item, please carefully review our return policy below.
1. Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

The item must have been physically received before a return request can be submitted.

Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in their original condition, with all tags and labels attached.

Trying on items is permitted; wearing them beyond fitting purposes is not allowed.

Orders placed in multiple sizes with the intention of returning part of the order are not permitted under our policy.
Toronto Maison Élise reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return:

The customer is fully responsible for all return shipping costs, including:

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method (Track & Trace). Toronto Maison Élise is not responsible for lost return shipments without proof of delivery.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
3. Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and inspected:

If approved, the refund will be processed within 14 business days.

Refunds are issued via the original payment method.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
If the returned item does not meet the return conditions, it may be refused or partially refunded at our discretion.
4. Liability & Address Responsibility

Amelia & Chelsea Boutique is not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered according to tracking information.

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.

Address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, changes cannot be guaranteed.
If an incorrect address is provided and the package is lost or returned, additional shipping costs may apply.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos as proof. We will assess the situation and provide a suitable solution.
